You have a prediction in an envelope in full view at all times. You show the spectator a completely mixed deck of cards and ask them to choose any number. Whatever the spectator chooses you count down to that card. You put that card to one side, you can show the card above and below to show they are different. You take out your prediction from the envelope and show the spectator. You then turn over their chosen card and it matches yours. This is instantly reset so you can go an perform this at your next table.

You have 16 cards; each with a different food item displayed on them - this is your shopping list. The spectator mixes up the cards. The spectator then chooses one of the cards. This is done twice. You are then able to tell the spectator which two cards they have chosen without you having to look at the cards. Very impressive!

You place five playing cards on the table. You then show the Spectator a poker chip that has a prediction on one side. You ask the Spectator to mix up the five cards so they are not in any particular order. You ask the Spectator to place the poker chip onto any one of the five playing cards. When you turn over the poker chip, and the playing card, the prediction on the back of the poker chip matches the playing card chosen by the Spectator - that's 'Gambit'.
