We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.

We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent second class post. For Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. We reserve the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

When purchasing a magic product you are buying the secret as well as the prop in many cases.
The Card Collection will only exchange items that are FAULTY and these items should be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Upon receipt of a faulty item, The Card Collection will issue a straight swap for another unit of the same product, which will be checked by a member of our staff prior to being despatched.
Should a customer wish to return a faulty product, please do not do so without contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on +44 (0) 7976 504031 to discuss the nature and validity of the issue and to be advised as to the return procedure, before posting any item back to us.
In the unlikely event that we cannot replace a faulty item and a refund is issued, a 15% restocking fee and postage costs will be deducted.
The Card Collection does not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
Items sent with enhanced insurance or expediaated service, which become lost or damaged in the post are usually insured, we will assist where necessary in providing postal evidence to assist in completing Post Office/Royal Mail/courier claim forms and liaise with the correct postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary, please be aware any refunds will only be made as soon as we have clearance from the relevant postal service, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
